I can apply this to my life by making sure my environment is the wrong one and by making sure the people I call friends are really my friends.

3. This quote matters because a lot of people should read it and analyze it . A lot of people hang around w. Bad influences and think like oh okay I'm good because i do good in school . But , not necessarily their ways will rub off on you . Sooner or later their habits become yours .
I can apply this too my life because I know i hang out with bad influences . But , I don't think of it in a negative way . I mean usually the negative people are the ones who have the most fun :) And , I'm all around negative people and why not just be with them they are people that I have hung out with but its funny because I don't really realize/care if they are negative influences . I just want to have fun .
It says that you need to be aware of your surroundings and to be aware of the people you call friends. What that means is that it reflects where you come from and the type of person you hang out with. The surroundings you have will try to suit you and people will notice that.

Also the people you call friends shows what people know what they would expect of you as a friend and what's expected of them. You need to take matters into your own hand by choosing your environment and people you want to be with. I can apply this to my life by always being in a good environment so people can see where I came from or the places I like to be in. Finally, I need to have friends that expect stuff from me and understand me as well and I will expect something from them and we can learn from each other.

3.)This applies to my life because I had got different because some people influenced me.I know alot of people that have changed because they see people do stuff so then they want to do it.I go to church and sometimes new people come to the church so their sons come in all nice and stuff but ten later on they see like other people texting or taking in church so then they start to do it because they think its not a bad thing to do when it really is.So,later on when they catch the new person texting he is gonna be like i saw that guy texting so i thought it was a good thing to do.
We need to always be a good example to other people because you never know if people are trying to be like you.Like I know my friends who brother was a gangster,but one day his big brother died and that got stuck on his head.So when the little brother grew up he wanted to be like his brother so he also became a gangster he went to jail like three times but he doesn't care he just says that he wants to be the mirror of his big brother.I think it is good to follow people foot steps but i mean the good part of them not the bad part or else your gonna end up like him.

- This post applies to my life because I tend to hang with the loud crowd that doesn't do anything but be loud every where they go, and draw attraction to themselves, rather it be outside or in the classroom they don't care! But then again, I believe these are my girls, my sister, my friends, and they have my back. There have been several occasions as to where I have tried to get them to realize that being the loud black girls is not what you want to be remembered as!
